As FBP & Controlling Manager, you will take full ownership of our controlling, procurement, legal, pricing & sales FBP team. You will ensure the execution of our global strategy locally, leading a diverse and engaged team, ensuring compliance, and driving digitalization and continuous improvement across processes. You’ll deliver tangible business results and inspire a high-performing team while developing talent for the future. You act as a real business partner, turning complex challenges into opportunities, collaborating across functions, and creating sustainable value for the organization and its customers.

What You'll do

Leadership & People Development

Leading our controlling, procurement, legal, pricing & sales FBP team, ensuring implementation & execution of GEOS action plan

Inspire and develop a high-performing team, supporting talent growth and succession planning;

Collaborate with sales to resolve customer credit and payment issues effectively.


Entrepreneurship

Act as a real business partner, challenging the status quo and implementing best practices;

Drive value-added services and ensure customer (internal & external) satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.

Ensuring annual accounts certification and be the SPOC of external auditors

Act as a proactive force of proposition in the middle manager community



Pricing & Sales FBP

Performance management and cost discipline of our market organization through effective transparency, reporting and business partnering. Provide and drive ASM profitability

Business partnering in partnering with Sales & Marketing teams: driving pricing, territory planning



Procurement

Orchestrating all procurement activities by partnering with external suppliers and optimizing indirect spend of our market organization in Belux



Legal & Compliance

Driving compliance with internal audit framework and conducting biyearly review of line of defense framework (ICS waves)

Partnering with external legal advice and western Europe legal team on legal and compliance matters

Ensure internal controls, audits, and compliance checks are executed and continuously improved



FP&A

Provide to the General Management, CFO, E2 Region & Group with accurate forecasts (Sales LE, RF, Game plan) provided on time along with potential upsides & downsides, and proposals to counter-steer if needed

Leading all required financial accounting activities. month end and year end closing activity together with E2 SSC, ensure Tax declarations are filled and paid on time by E2 SSC

What You’ll Bring

Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Related Field

5 years’ experience in a financial, auditing or consultancy role within a multinational organisation

High level of competence in Financial Advisory, Controlling and reporting, with a taste for business partnering

Evidence of leadership skills and willingness to lead teams

Passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams;

Entrepreneurial mindset, embracing innovation and change;

Effective communication skills, including ability to structure clear presentations

Proficient English written and verbal communication is essential. French or Dutch is a plus

The ability to simplify a financial message to non-finance stakeholders

Experience in strategy & business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting) & analysis

Experience in financial planning and analysis & reporting software preferred (. Tagetik, SAP Analytics, BW, etc)
