In this role, you will be responsible for leading two teams within Memo management, consisting of approximately 16 employees.Your daily responsibilities include:Leading and coaching self-managing teams.Ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.Leading team meetings and participating in various forms of consultation.Identifying issues and collaborating with management for solutions.Assisting in the onboarding of new clients.Maintaining client relationships and overseeing invoicing.
