.hub – a unique hybrid coworking & gaming facility in Antwerp – is looking to expand its team with passionate individuals ready to shape the future of our community.
We're not your typical corporate setup. We're a young, fast-moving project where bureaucracy goes to die, and real ideas actually happen. If you're someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to build something meaningful, keep reading.
THE ROLE
.hub is seeking a PR & Growth Manager – someone who will be the voice, face, and growth engine of our community. This is a key position that shapes how the world sees us. You won't just be posting content – you'll be the architect of .hub's presence in Antwerp and beyond.
This is for someone who wants to build something from scratch, who gets energized by growth metrics but isn't soulless about them, and who sees marketing as an extension of community-building (not manipulation).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategy & Positioning:
* Develop and execute the PR & Growth strategy for .hub
* Define who we are, what we stand for, and how we talk to different audiences
* Plan campaigns that turn strangers into community members
Content & Social Media:
* Own Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter – create, post, engage, build
* Create content that resonates with gamers, freelancers, students, and professionals
* Document life at .hub: behind-the-scenes, events, member stories, culture
* Work with local influencers and community leaders to amplify our reach
Partnerships & Community:
* Build relationships with universities, esports organizations, companies, and local brands
* Organize events, tournaments, workshops, and experiences that get people talking
* Develop .hub as the hub for Antwerp's gaming and coworking scene
* Handle press relationships and media outreach
Growth & Analytics:
* Track what works: reach, engagement, conversions, acquisition costs
* Test new channels, tactics, and ideas (experiments are encouraged)
* Make data-driven decisions, but never lose sight of the human element
* Report on progress and iterate based on what you learn
Brand & Reputation:
* Be the voice of .hub on every platform – consistent, authentic, true to our values
* Manage our online reputation: respond to feedback, nurture relationships
* Create materials and messaging for partners and members
WHY THIS MATTERS & WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
You're not just doing marketing – you're building culture.
Every post you make, every event you organize, every partnership you secure directly impacts whether .hub becomes a phenomenon or just another coworking space. This isn't abstract work. The growth you drive is visible, tangible, and real. When the space is packed on a Friday night because of an event you organized – that's your win.
Here's what makes it different:
Creative freedom: There's no playbook. You're writing it. Want to try an unconventional campaign? Go for it. See a trend emerging in the gaming space? We'll explore it together. This is the opposite of corporate "brand guidelines" – you have room to innovate.
Visible impact: You can measure what you do. You'll see the correlation between your campaigns and member growth. You'll notice when your content resonates. There's no guesswork here – it's real, and it's yours.
Work with a living community: You're not targeting abstract personas. You're building relationships with real gamers, freelancers, and students. You'll attend events, meet people, understand the culture deeply. This makes your work infinitely more authentic.
Young leadership: No middle management layers. You work directly with the founder – someone who's accessible, who listens, and who actually empowers you to make decisions. No "let me check with my manager's manager" – just real collaboration.
Part of something that's actually growing: Startups are chaotic, but they're also where real growth happens. In 6 months, you might have 3x the reach. In a year, you could be the driving force behind .hub's expansion. The potential is genuinely there.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential:
* Passion & Experience in growth & PR
* Strong social media skills (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn minimum)
* Understanding of metrics and analytics (CTR, CPA, engagement rates, etc.)
* Content creation ability – writing, photography, or ability to direct others
* Community management mindset – you see people, not just followers
* Proactive & independent – you don't need hand-holding
* Comfortable in startup chaos – fast iterations, unclear answers, learning as you go
* English fluency; Dutch is a huge bonus
Nice to have:
* Gaming industry knowledge or genuine gaming interest
* Experience organizing events or activations
* Video production skills or experience working with creators
* Startup experience
* Connections in Antwerp's local scene
Here's the thing: We care way more about your hunger and potential than your existing resume. Did you grow a community to 10k followers on a shoestring budget? Awesome. Are you somebody's first hire and you made a massive impact? Perfect. Never done this professionally but you've got ideas and energy? We're listening.
WHAT YOU GET
* Competitive compensation + potential bonuses tied to actual results
* Creative freedom – your ideas drive strategy, not committees
* Work on something real – this isn't a side project, it's a genuine business with real impact
* Unlimited access to .hub – use the space for work, meetings, collaboration, gaming
* Young, accessible leadership – the founder is your collaborator, not your boss
* Interesting people – work with gamers, entrepreneurs, artists, and ambitious students
* Hybrid flexibility – work from .hub some days, remote others – your call
* Actually influence the company – your voice in strategy meetings matters
