Main Mission
The Head of Benelux is responsible for leading and managing the Service Business vertical at the country level, covering both sales and operational aspects. This role ensures the achievement of business targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence through effective leadership of the sales and operations teams.
Responsibilities And Activities
Define and implement the country strategy for Service Business vertical.
Lead and manage both sales and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and drive sales performance, pipeline development, and customer acquisition.
Ensure operational efficiency, quality of service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Manage key customer relationships and support strategic negotiations.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the department.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Develop talent within the team and foster a culture of performance and collaboration.
Continuously analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with all teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Ensure CRM systems are up to date with accurate sales data and client interactions.
Manage, mentor and support junior sales team members where applicable.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Profile Required
Education: Business, Marketing, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably in experiential marketing, events, or technology sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of equipment rental business models, P&L management, and operational processes.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
Financial planning: budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Strategic planning and execution across sales, operations, and marketing functions.
Experience building and scaling sales teams in B2B service environments.
Understanding marketing technologies and event-based solutions.
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
Cross‑functional leadership: align sales, operations, and support teams toward common goals.
Strategic thinking: Translating company objectives into country-level execution plans.
