Title: Area Sales Manager Orthopedics (Arthroplasty )Location: BelgiumWe have a dynamic role which allows an individual to contribute to the growth of Meril’s Orthopedics business.This is a personally gratifying career opportunity wherein you will be assisting an elite group of Orthopedics in helping patients receive a novel therapy for an improved quality of life.Job responsibilities:100% field-based Meril arthroplasty portfolio sales and business management in the assigned territoryAcquire, keep up-to-date and report in-depth knowledge of the territory, including information on current customers, business potential, competitor activity and market trendsContinuously assess the territory and market, identify sales opportunities and develop unique ways to grow the business with the customers through sales strategy and market analysisDevelopment and retain long, strong and effective partnership relations with decision makers in assigned key accounts by building consistent, long-term relationship with KOLs/Key Business LeadersFollow organizational objectives and country regulations to ensure high degree of compliance in business and ensure high integrity and ethical standards in transactions with all stake holdersProvide technical advice and training to customers on Meril products to ensure high levels of user competencePromote through KOLs/Business Leaders scientific engagement at regular intervals and through effective coverage at the right frequencyIdentify, build and manage an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors/agents to increase product penetration as per organizational business and growth objectivesFollow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
