We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our Corporate Life IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of in-house applications. You'll collaborate closely with software developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust solutions while maintaining high coding and security standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Participate in technical feasibility studies and contribute to functional analysis discussions
* Design and document scalable solutions aligned with project requirements
* Break down development work into user stories and contribute to workload planning
* Implement and enhance software applications based on business and technical specifications
* Define and maintain development standards for team improvement
* Collaborate with architects, infrastructure, and operations teams to optimize system performance
* Create technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing
Required Skills and Experience
* 5 to 10 years of hands-on software development experience in an object-oriented environment
* Solid experience in full-stack development using Delphi, .NET, or similar technologies
* Exposure to legacy Cobol systems (integration or API consumption – not development)
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern development methodologies
* Proficiency in design patterns, data structures, and problem-solving
* Experience working in agile teams with practices such as unit testing, CI/CD, and code reviews
* Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
* Previous experience in the insurance sector, ideally in life insurance
* Fluency in French and English
