Context
You will be working for the Department "Data &AI" that is coordinating efforts of all Indosuez Wealth Management entities with regards to Data, AI and RPA. We design multifunctional, multidisciplinary solutions for process automation.
Your position
As our BDP RPA coordinator, you will
* Be the central point of contact for all BDP teams and entities with regards to RPA and other automation ideas and initiatives, allowing you to develop a broad overview of all processes in the organization.
* Interact and cooperate with all key stakeholders across the organization (Business, IT, Process Management, Risk & Compliance, RPA Development teams…).
* Challenge, assess, coordinate and facilitate from ideation to implementation. Not only for new use cases but throughout the whole lifecycle of the robots.
* Communicate transparently on the progress of use-cases, perform change management for the clients and make sure that all documentation is available and kept up to date at all time.
* Make sure that reporting on the robots remains robust and reliable.
* Steer and oversee the roadmap and the backlog
* Report to and assist the Global RPA Coordinator in ensuring that technological innovation supports the broader strategic objectives of BDP and the IWM group.
Your profile
* You have both a strong analytical and digital mindset.
* You like to work in a dynamic and challenging environment which strives for perfection.
* You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* You can clearly analyze and oversee complex processes and initiatives, always keeping an eye on improvement opportunities.
* You have a solid understanding of RPA, Data Management and AI.
* You communicate fluently in English and Dutch and/or French.
* You can facilitate well-supported decision-making and pay attention to the human side of change.
* Experience in Business Process Management, Process Improvement and/or digitalization initiatives are an asset.
* You hold an IT, engineering or economical/banking-oriented master's degree or have equivalent experience.
* Experience in RPA or any RPA technology is not a requirement as such, but it's certainly an asset.
