What You’ll Do
* Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects
* Develop and implement project execution strategies
* Prepare site logistics, mobilisation, and demobilisation plans
* Develop and manage project schedules aligned with key milestones, coordinating across all trades and CSA works
* Develop and control project budgets and cost plans
* Review, approve, and implement project quality plans and procedures
* Review, approve, and implement project EHS management plans
* Lead, manage, and motivate project construction and engineering teams
* Establish submission and approval processes with clients and design consultants
* Develop and monitor material procurement schedules in line with programme requirements
* Select and appoint subcontractors and supply chain partners in line with project specifications
* Chair weekly internal, supplier, and subcontractor coordination meetings
* Oversee project cost and revenue control, issuing regular performance reports
* Attend client and project management meetings
* Liaise with senior subcontractor and supplier management to proactively resolve risks and roadblocks
* Maintain ongoing coordination with client design teams and main contractors to ensure project performance
* Develop and implement testing and commissioning procedures
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar project management role
* Professional project management qualification or a relevant trade qualification
* Proven CSA project management experience
* Strong understanding of applicable safety codes and regulatory requirements
* Experience conducting health and safety risk assessments and implementing control measures
* Vendor and subcontractor management experience, with the ability to monitor performance and delivery
* Solid knowledge of project management principles, including delivery of data centre upgrade works
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong leadership, motivational, and influencing abilities with high personal integrity
* Ability to communicate technical and business issues clearly to non-technical audiences
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and within strict deadlines
* Willingness to travel and work internationally as required
