Job Description:
The Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) practice is part of the Work & Rewards segment, focusing on aligning corporate strategy, mission, vision, and corporate values with executive compensation design. WTW is the global leader in executive compensation consulting, with over 500 consultants worldwide. Our consultancy services cover a broad range of disciplines including strategy, corporate governance, performance management, ESG, finance, HR, and psychology. We partner with clients to determine the most suitable solutions.
The Role
As a(n) (Associate) Director in our Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice, you will be part of a multinational team, developing business and delivering both regional and international projects. You will plan, design, and implement Executive Compensation and incentive programs for both existing and new clients. You will nurture the business network across various business lines and geographies while leading a team of talented junior and mid-level colleagues.
In a changing market with expanding board agendas, you will be the trusted client partner (including C-Suite, RemCo, and Board) on all types of executive compensation topics. You will collaborate with other (Senior) Directors on top-tier cluster clients and take the lead on clients and projects. You will have a talented pool of juniors, mid-levels/project managers, and seniors to support you on these clients. Additionally, you will partner with our other practices, Work, Rewards & Career (WRC) and Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI), to drive added value within broader rewards topics for our clients.
Our organized multinational cluster works together as one team of colleagues from Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Switzerland, providing advice to the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Senior Management of the largest multinational companies in these regions and beyond.
For (Associate) Director roles, we seek colleagues willing to develop, coach, and mentor talent to improve team performance while building and developing diverse teams. Moreover, this role will support the development of department plans and contribute to long-term functional and segment strategy.
If you’re looking for a rewarding role where your work will make a valuable difference to our clients and colleagues, with the opportunity to grow your career with a global market leader, come and have a chat with us to learn more about our ECBA practice at WTW.
