Job Description
* Support critical quality driven projects within a complex GMP manufacturing environment
* Operate at the intersection of Quality, Operations and Engineering
* Ensure projects are delivered in full compliance while maintaining operational efficiency
* Take ownership of QA related project activities
* Act as a key driver in cross functional alignment
* Step into ongoing high impact projects that require structure, ownership and seniority
* Act as Senior QA representative within project teams
* Report directly to senior quality leadership
* Participate actively in core team and project governance meetings
* Ensure QA oversight across multiple ongoing projects and workstreams
* Coordinate and align with cross functional stakeholders across Operations, Microbiology, QA Qualification and Engineering
* Provide guidance and decision making support on QA related topics within projects
* Support and execute technical transfer activities
* Ensure all activities are compliant with GMP standards and internal quality systems
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of experience in QA within pharma or biotech
* Strong experience in a project based environment rather than purely operational QA
* Proven track record in technical transfer
* Experience within cell and gene therapy or large molecules and biologics
* Technical background such as bio engineer, industrial engineer or equivalent
* Experience in complex manufacturing environments
* Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders across departments
* Strong coordination and communication skills
