In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Ensure that all service-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
* Conduct regular field audits to monitor service quality
* Develop and implement plans to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
* Manage resource allocation to meet changing business needs
* Set and track performance objectives for technicians
* Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment
About You:
* Fluent in French (English a plus)
* Degree in Engineering, Electromechanics, Construction, Civil- or Industrial Engineering, or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Proven leadership experience
* Excellent communication and IT skills
* Legal entitlement to work in Belgium
