* Closely collaborate with internal teams such as consultants, sales, and developers to ensure seamless customer support.
Main Responsibilities:
* Offer top-notch customer support through ticketing, live chat, and phone calls
* Investigate and resolve technical issues
* Engage with visitors and leads via live chat
* Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Improve customer experience by contributing to product improvement and documentation
* Pursue side projects such as colleague onboarding, training, and other initiatives
Requirements:
* Fluent English language skills
* Dutch or German fluency is an asset
* Strong IT and business acumen
* Customer-focused mindset
* Autonomous and fast-learning individual
* Valid work permit for Belgium
* Solution-oriented approach
