This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Digital Solutions Expert, where you will play a vital role in helping customers integrate our innovative digital solutions into their IT landscape.
You will be the driving force behind their success, ensuring they can utilize our services as efficiently as possible. With your expertise, you will ensure that customers get the most out of our digital tools and are extremely satisfied with the excellent service from DHL Express.
Taking ownership of internal IT projects and collaborating with colleagues from a pre-Sales role, you will support the delivery of bespoke solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Expertise in software and hardware aspects of digital solutions.
* End-to-end responsible for the delivery of complex IT integrations.
* Supporting commercial and operational colleagues with IT knowledge.
* Acting as an advisor to customers from technical expertise.
* Analyzing customer situations and translating them into tailored solutions.
* Configuring and implementing solutions on-site or remotely.
* Communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
* Following up with customers during a hypercare period.
* Handling service-related questions and issues.
* Representing DHL Express IT during business performance reviews.
* Take ownership of internal IT projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in applied informatics or computer science.
* Minimum 4 years of experience.
* Knowledge of web services and EDIFACT messages.
* Development skills are a plus.
* Affinity or experience with major eCommerce platforms.
* Analytical strength.
* Result-oriented approach.
* Flexibility, quality consciousness, and service orientation.
* Meticulous and detail-oriented work style.
* Customer-friendly and problem-solving attitude.
* Stress resistance and hands-on approach.
* Fluency in three languages: Dutch, French, and English.
