your responsabilities
*Design and Take Responsibility: You will be responsible for the S/4HANA application environment in the *Supply Chain Management area (modules: PP, MM, IM, EWM, QM) for the entire company.
*Operation and Continuous Development: You will ensure the smooth operation of the applications and actively promote their development through projects and change requests.
*Advise and Implement: As the central consultant for our key users, you will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical concepts, and coordinate their implementation.
*Problem Resolution and Coordination: You will be the first point of contact for the assigned modules in second-level support, resolve complex queries, and act as a competent liaison with our external third-level support provider.
*Adapt and Configure: You will (partially) perform system adaptations and configurations (Customizing) and ensure clear and complete documentation.
Main Tasks:
*Main contact person for our departments and their projects related to SAP Supply Chain Management processes.
*Support departments in business analysis and requirements management, including process analysis and optimization of implemented business processes.
*Development of functional and technical concepts, and taking responsibility for applications in the PP, MM, IM, EWM, and QM modules.
*Elaboration of customer-specific solutions and responsibility for the applications of the assigned SAP modules (PP, MM, IM, EWM, and QM).
*Customizing, as well as second-level support.
*User training.
requirements
*Successfully completed IT education (or equivalent training).
*Initial experience in requirements and project management.
*Excellent analytical skills and a structured way of working.
*Independent and autonomous work, with good communication skills, teamwork orientation, and a high level of commitment to quality.
*Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement. Highly valuable if there is a knowledge of German.
