The M&A Advisory team provides strategic guidance to clients on sales, mergers, and acquisitions. Our experts assist clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial planning to deal closure.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting business origination efforts, executing transactions, and contributing to the development of our M&A and corporate finance service offering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transaction Execution: Support key workstreams, including preparing high-quality transaction documentation, due diligence coordination, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
* Pitch Content Development: Assist in creating value-added pitch content and support strategic dialogue with clients.
* Team Development: Contribute to the growth and development of junior team members, helping them achieve high-quality standards in transaction origination and execution.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with:
* A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
* 3-5 years of transaction experience in Investment Banking and M&A at an international investment bank, M&A boutique, or Big4 corporate finance team.
* Experience with buy-side and sell-side M&A, with equity and debt financing considered a strong asset.
* Strong financial modeling skills, including technical knowledge and proven competencies in investigative analysis, valuation principles, and techniques.
* Excellent analytical skills, including data interpretation, insight generation, solution construction, and creative thinking.
* Experience in preparing and maintaining industry/company presentations, benchmarking materials, and process documents.
* Team player with international experience, project management skills, and a strong work ethic.
* CFA accreditation is considered a plus but not required.
