About the role
As Fractional DTC Operations Lead, you will take full ownership of Aqvita’s direct-to-consumer business line and be responsible for scaling it from its current state to, units sold in .
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role covering both operations and growth. You will act as the single owner of the DTC track, from production to customer experience.
Your key responsibilities include:
7. Coordinating production with external manufacturing partners
8. Designing and managing the fulfillment strategy, including PL setup and oversight
9. Owning and optimising the e-commerce stack
10. Setting up CRM and customer segmentation to support scalable growth
11. Defining pricing, bundling and revenue mechanics
12. Driving community-based marketing initiatives, not mass-market campaigns
13. Managing day-to-day DTC operations with a strong execution focus
14. Working closely with the founder, who brings deep technical and R&D expertise
About the ideal profile
15. + years of proven experience in DTC operations, ideally with physical consumer products
16. Strong operational mindset, with the ability to execute as well as decide
17. Comfortable working in early-stage or scale-up environments with evolving processes
18. Used to owning topics end to end and taking accountability for results
19. Pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented
20. Interest in health, well-being and sustainability-driven products
21. Fluent in English
22. Open to freelance
