Job Description
As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities are:Support the CEO
Manage a fast‑moving agenda and keep priorities aligned
Prepare meetings, presentations, and key documents
Follow up on actions and deadlines
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
Coordinate the executive committee
Organize leadership meetings from A to Z
Capture decisions and ensure follow‑up
Keep communication flowing across the team
Help create a smooth, well‑structured leadership rhythm
Keep the office running smoothly
Coordinate suppliers and facility partners
Ensure the headquarters is well‑equipped and welcoming
Support onboarding so new colleagues feel at home from day one
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Executive Assistant Should Have
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
You've supported senior leaders for at least 3 years
You're strong in MS Office and especially PowerPoint
You communicate clearly and handle confidential matters with ease
You're structured, proactive, and always one step ahead
You speak Dutch, French, and English fluently.
