I'm a Full-Stack developer with 10 years of experience (.NET, Node.js, React, Angular, Vue.js) looking for my next freelance project.
Instead of going through a recruitment agency, I'm looking for an independent recruiter who works on a commission basis. Similar to agency rates (10–15%) but the margin goes directly to you, not a middleman, for as long as the project runs.
What I'm looking for in a project:
* Back-end, front-end or full stack
* Belgium (hybrid) or EU (remote)
* Mostly remote preferred
* Start: within 2 months
* My rate: €450–€650/day (excl. commission)
* Preferably modern and fast-moving companies with a pragmatic culture, not a fan of heavy bureaucracy or endless meetings
Must-have:
* Based in Belgium, UK, or Western Europe
* Active connections in the IT industry as I'm looking to start within 2 months
