Your responsibilities ?
* Manage and optimize HR processes (recruitment, talent development, vision & company culture,...) & translate HR projects at the organizational level into concrete, tailor-made initiatives
* Act as the first point of contact for Business unit managers to understand their needs and fill in the gap
* You take an active role in social consultation moments and maintain constructive relationships with trade unions.
* Build relationships across multiple offices and divisions, traveling between sites.
Profile sought after ?
* 10+ years of experience in HR BP position and expertise in labour unions discussions
* Experience in technical/construction related profiles is a plus
* Bilingual french/dutch + good knowledge of english
* Well spoken & calm, with a nurturing spirit to care of employees and their paths
* Flexible and willing to travel between several offices
