Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and work collaboratively with country Sales Team Leaders to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
* Develop a comprehensive sales training path tailored to enhance and standardize the skills of sales teams across all regions
* Implement clear KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability across different regions
* Lead the harmonization of sales processes across all countries to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation
* Provide strategic support to the CRM development team, utilizing insights to enhance tool capabilities and user experience
* Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales department
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales management roles, with a strong track record of developing successful sales strategies and leading high-performing teams
* Experience in the education sector and B2C sales is highly desirable
* Strong proficiency in CRM systems, demonstrating a deep understanding of how technology supports effective sales strategies
* Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and leading diverse teams
* Substantial experience living abroad
* Willingness to travel extensively across the various countries
* Fluency in English is necessary, with additional language skills considered a plus
