As a Technical Account Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B clients across Belgium (Architects, contractors, cities, large companies).

Handle incoming requests, prepare quotations, and ensure timely and accurate follow-up.

Strengthen relationships with key clients and partners.

Act as a trusted advisor, combining technical knowledge and commercial insight.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Support new product launches and contribute to the commercial development strategy.
* Relevant experience in B2B sales within construction, electrical installation, facade systems, or related industries.
* Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
*
Strong technical affinity and ability to discuss customized solutions.
*
Fluent in Dutch and French.
*
Autonomous, hands-on, and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exposure to diverse projects across Belgium, working with architects, contractors, and large organizations.
