- You work under the supervision of the kitchen
manager - You carry out preparations according to instructions from
the person in charge - You help with the mise-en-place of the
dishes: clean, wash, peel, cut and cook food - You help the
responsible person prepare the orders during the shift - You
provide a smooth and efficient briefing to colleagues for the next
shift - You label and store all foodstuffs according to HACCP
standards - You clean up after the shift and you clean working
tools - You respect safety standards during the work --> We need
help on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5pm to 10pm Qualities we
