Head of Customer Service (m/f/d)* Maritime Cranes

Responsibilities
Daily management of the service organization (10 full time employees)
Conduct research of local market and business activity including local competitors, price levels and economic development of customers
Responsible for the expansion of the division in relation to customer services and sale of spare parts
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, suppliers and internal departments
Price negotiations and settlement of service contracts
Support of Technical Advisors on complex customer services issues
Support the Divisional Manager in the area of organizational development of mixed sales and service companies
Qualifications
Minimum relevant technical/commercial degree or operating at that level (HBO)
Preferably additional related studies and courses in Management and Leadership
Experience in a comparable position
Experience in leading teams
Knowledge of contract negotiation, service operations, and customer engagement
Familiarity with ERP or service management systems (e.g., SMS)
Initiative and project ownership (individual and team settings)
Customer focus and proactive attitude
Cross‐functional collaboration and flexibility (supporting other divisions)
Ability to work flexible hours and travel internationally
Confidentiality and professional representation of Liebherr
Dutch as native language with proficiency in spoken and written English required; French or German a plus
