My client is a leading organization in the medical sector, developing innovative surgical solutions that support safer and more efficient procedures. Their biosurgery portfolio helps surgical teams manage bleeding effectively during operations, contributing to improved patient outcomes.
To strengthen their team, I am looking for a Product Specialist Biosurgery for the Wallonia region.
Purpose of the Role
As a Product Specialist Biosurgery, you will drive the growth of our biosurgery portfolio in Wallonia. You excel at building new relationships, identifying opportunities, and expanding our presence in hospitals and clinics.
Your work directly contributes to improving surgical care and patient safety.
In this role, you will be present in the operating theatre on a daily basis, providing hands‐on support, expert guidance, and product training to surgical teams during procedures.
This close collaboration ensures optimal use of our biosurgery solutions and strengthens relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate new business and expand relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital logistics teams.
* Deliver hands‐on product training and expert guidance to surgeons, specialists, nurses, and OR management.
* Advise on the optimal use of biosurgery products across a variety of surgical procedures.
* Analyse sales data and adjust your strategies proactively to achieve the best possible results.
* Act as an ambassador for the biosurgery portfolio within your region.
* Collaborate closely with the Wound Closure & Biosurgery team.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Senior sales experience in the medical sector (ideally 3+ years), or mid‐level experience with strong growth ambition.
* Fluent in French and proficient in English.
* Motivated self‐starter with a passion for sales and business development.
* Independent, proactive, and results‐oriented.
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.
* Valid driver's license (B).
* Knowledge of the hospital landscape in Wallonia is a strong asset.
