As a Freelance Transition Lead - Accounting & SSC Migration your responsibilities are:
* Lead the transition of general ledger, accounts receivable / credit management, and management reporting activities to a centralized finance team
* Develop and execute a structured transition and stabilization plan
* Coordinate process documentation, training, and knowledge transfer between local and central teams
* Monitor transition progress, operational KPIs, and service quality towards internal stakeholders
* Identify risks or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth operations
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process standardization
* Act as key liaison between regional finance stakeholders and central shared services leadership
As a Freelance Transition Lead - Accounting & SSC Migration you have:
* Proven experience in finance transformation, shared services migration, or process centralization initiatives
* Strong background in general ledger accounting and transactional finance operations
* Good understanding of financial reporting processes and operational finance KPIs
* Experience working with SAP
* Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills to coach successors
* Languages: English + Dutch
* Flexible, able to work part-time on-site in Belgium
