To support the continued growth of our consulting activities, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). In this role, you will contribute to the development and expansion of our Business Units by acting as a trusted HR advisor and partner. End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Strategic HR Advisory : Collaborate closely with the business unit to provide tailored HR solutions that align with organizational goals. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new talent, as well as manage offboarding processes. Data Management & Reporting : Maintain and update internal HR databases, collect and analyze data to support informed decision-making. Business & People Alignment : Balance business needs with employee expectations through strategic initiatives.
