Job Description


Our client is looking for an experienced recruiter that is bilingual French & English. The role is fully remote and is a six-month contract. The recruiter will be recruiting for roles such corp, engineering, service sales.

**Responsibilities:**

* Source, identify, and screen qualified candidates for corporate, engineering, and service sales positions using various recruitment channels and databases
* Conduct initial telephone and video interviews in both French and English to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
* Manage the full recruitment pipeline from job posting through candidate placement, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
* Post and promote open positions on relevant job boards and professional networks to maximize candidate visibility
* Screen resumes and applications, identifying top candidates who meet specified qualifications and experience requirements
* Provide regular recruitment updates and reporting to clients, including pipeline status and candidate metrics
* Ensure compliance with French and international recruitment regulations and best practices throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

* Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
* Minimum 2-3 years of professional recruitment experience
* Proven experience recruiting for corporate, engineering, and/or sales positions
* Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to conduct effective telephone and video interviews
* Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
* Knowledge of French and international employment regulations and compliance requirements
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience with job boards and professional networking platforms
* Experience with bilingual recruitment or international hiring
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
