Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 4 junior developersAct as the technical authority within the teamDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applicationsWork on both frontend and backend systemsCollaborate closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholdersEnsure best practices in development, testing, and deploymentContribute to and improve DevOps and cloud infrastructure
Qualifications
Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)Strong experience with .NET / C#Proven experience in a Tech Lead or senior developer roleSolid knowledge of AngularUnderstanding of UI/UX principlesExperience with Microsoft AzureFamiliarity with Kubernetes and containerizationGood knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, pipelines, automation)Experience mentoring or leading junior developers
Required Skills
