We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant with expertise in Operational Excellence and Supply Chain Management. In this role, you will partner with clients to drive transformative improvements, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency. You will leverage data-driven insights and industry best practices to solve complex business challenges, delivering measurable value and sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute operational excellence and supply chain optimization projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business impact.
* Analyze supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop tailored strategies to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels.
* Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations and drive performance excellence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class supply chain strategies, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
* Assess and leverage emerging technology trends, automation, and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
* Develop and deliver insightful presentations and reports, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3 to 5+ years of experience in consulting, operational excellence, or supply chain management, preferably within a leading consulting firm or industry leader.
* Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies (certification preferred).
* Proven track record of delivering cost savings, operational improvements, and efficiency gains in supply chain functions.
* Experience with ERP, advanced analytics, and digital transformation solutions within supply chain operations.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
