I am currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a Brussels‑based engagement, delivering digital solutions within the Belgian public sector .
The role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with developers, product owners, domain experts and end users to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will be embedded within Scrum teams, contributing across the full delivery lifecycle and ensuring solutions are aligned with user and business needs.
Key responsibilities:
* Collaborating closely with developers, product owners and Scrum Masters
* Working within Scrum / Agile delivery teams
* Gathering, analysing and refining business and functional requirements
* Writing high‑quality user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
* Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions with end users
* Supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning and ongoing delivery activities
Required experience:
* Proven experience working as a Senior Business Analyst in a digital or software delivery context
* Strong hands‑on experience working in Scrum‑based Agile environments
* Demonstrable experience writing user stories for development teams
* Experience working closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Experience within the Belgian public sector is highly desirable
* Fluency in French, Dutch and English is essential
* Ability to work onsite in Brussels as required
