- Support the implementation of a Shared Service Center transition
- Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment across teams
- Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across the program
- Facilitate coordination between finance, IT, and operational stakeholders
- Prepare project updates and status reporting for managementProject & PMO Support
- Support several finance and operational projects in collaboration with the Finance Manager
- Help define project scope, objectives, planning, and deliverables
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking
- Follow up on project actions and ensure progress across stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reporting, and documentationCoordination & Communication
- Organize and facilitate project meetings
- Ensure proper follow-up of decisions and action points
- Maintain clear communication between finance, IT, and business teamsYour Profile
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or transformation environments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) is a plus
- Strong organizational and project structuring skills
- Proactive, structured, and hands-on mindsetLanguages
