Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
* Assist customers with their booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations
* Guide clients through the booking process and provide detailed information about services
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and seek to enhance their experience
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and service efficiency
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
* Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and verbal
* Prior experience in customer service is preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
* Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece; relocation package provided
