At Franke Home Solutions, we design products that shape the heart of the home. To support our ambitious growth in Belgium and France, we are looking for a Head of Marketing Belgium & France — a strategic, hands-on leader who wants to make a real impact in a premium, international environment.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of building strong brands, inspiring teams, and translating consumer and customer insights into powerful marketing actions. You will work closely with our central marketing organization and local commercial teams, combining strategy, creativity and execution within a dynamic matrix structure.
Your tasks :
1. • Lead the French marketing team and manage marketing activities in Belgium, coaching and enabling teams to achieve local objectives
• Act as a brand ambassador in Belgium and France, safeguarding brand equity, quality and design excellence
• Balance brand differentiation with operational synergies across the brands
• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans in close collaboration with central marketing, agencies, and local sales and category teams (trade marketing, digital, PR, media, social, training and showrooms)
• Drive synergies across brands, tools and processes, working closely with central marketing
• Translate market, customer and consumer insights into impactful marketing assets and actions
• Coordinate external agencies and suppliers, supporting the transition to a more centralized partner setup
• Oversee digital tools and platforms, including B2B solutions and kitchen planning software, to strengthen partner experience
• Activate experience centers as key hubs for customers, journalists and design professionals
• Manage, optimize and control the marketing budget for Belgium and France
• Share best practices within the global marketing community and support e-learning initiatives
Requirements :
• Master’s degree in marketing or business with a focus on sales & marketing
• 8 to 10 years of relevant marketing work experience
• Experience in B2B and B2B2C environment, ideally international matrix organizations
• Strong leadership and team coaching competencies
• Proven track record in project management
• Strategic thinking with a strong customer (internal & external) and consumer orientation
• Natural affinity towards design and general quality aspiration
• Having a drive for quantitative based marketing approaches
• Strong communication skills in an international environment
• Capability of getting things executed
• Natural open mindset to new ideas linked to a desire to push boundaries
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (verbally & written), Open to Cluster related travel (appr. 20%)
