Temporary Customer Service Agent – Retail Department (End-of-Year Support)
Do you have a passion for delivering excellent service and would you love to work with premium chocolate brands and international gifting? For our Retail Customer Service team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Temporary Customer Service Agent to strengthen our team during the busy end-of-year period.
Your role
* Support our retail customers by phone and email. Caring for them in the best way possible.
* Handle orders, deliveries, and product inquiries with care and efficiency.
* Ensure every interaction reflects the high quality of our brands.
* Work closely with colleagues in sales, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth
What we're looking for
* Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
* A customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
* Accuracy and the ability to work under pressure during peak season.
* Fulltime availability during the busy months of November–January.
* Open to work flexible hours, also during weekends in the peak season.
* Starting in this position around October to get up to speed.
