We are looking for a responsible and well organized person to ensure a healthy and effective rotation for employees.
Key responsibilities
* Create shift rotations and ensure fair break distribution for Game Presenters, Game Hosts, Shufflers, and Trainees;
* Ensure accurate employee working time registration.
* Work with electronic documentation and internal systems;
* Support the coordination and implementation of procedures related to rotation planning;
* Provide administrative support on the gaming floor, including management of uniforms, lockers, and employee ID cards;
* Cooperate closely with Team Managers, Evolution Academy, Service Support Specialists, and other departments.
Requirements
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
* Comfortable working with computers and handling basic calculations;
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment;
* Good communication and cooperation skills;
* Previous experience in customer support or a similar operational environment is considered an advantage.
* Availability to work various shifts, including night shifts and weekends;
* Minimum 3 months of work experience at Evolution (for internal candidates only).
