Job Description
As a Customer Success Junior Consultant in the Retail team, you will play a key role in the core business of NielsenIQ, servicing our Tech and Durable (T&D) retail partners. Our services are the reason clients continue to invest in our products and trust us as their partner for data-driven insights across a range of sectors including Electronics, Garden, DIY, and more.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial flair to strengthen our team. You’ll report to the Retail Customer Success Manager and work closely with a group of experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and address data issues, maintaining a critical mindset to ensure data integrity and taking appropriate action when inconsistencies arise.
* Analyze and interpret sales and consumer data, turning insights into clear charts, graphs, and visual reports.
* Build compelling storylines—whether for category overviews or issue-based analyses—develop presentations, draw conclusions, and make recommendations (end-to-end process).
* Deliver final presentations and confidently present insights and recommendations to clients.
* Act as the first point of contact for your retail partners, addressing their data-related questions and requests.
* Take the lead in rolling out Newron, our new reporting tool.
About You
For this business-critical role, you’ll need strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. You’re a team player with a keen eye for detail and a sharp analytical mindset. Your ability to simplify and visualize complex data will help you thrive in the analytical aspects of the role.
When it comes to working with clients, you combine excellent communication and presentation skills with a talent for listening—truly understanding client needs and translating them into actionable insights using NielsenIQ’s data.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
* Experience in T&D/retail is a plus, but not required
* Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with strong English communication skills
* Advanced analytical and visual storytelling skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office 365 tools
* Comfortable working in a digitally enabled environment
