* Draft, negotiate, and monitor a wide range of contracts, including construction, joint venture, maintenance, and shareholders agreements
* Offer practical legal advice on diverse topics including contract law, obligations law, and corporate law
* Follow up on national disputes and claims involving the company
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to assess legal, commercial, technical, and financial aspects of projects
* Analyze private tender documents, especially during the bidding phase, and provide legal advice throughout the execution phase
* Holds a Master's degree in Law
* Has at least 5 years of experience as in-house legal counsel
* Brings expertise or a strong interest in contract law and industrial projects
* Demonstrates negotiation skills and experience with complex agreements
* Shows curiosity for the technical and commercial dimensions of projects
* Is pragmatic, proactive, communicative, and a true team player
* Works autonomously with confidence and assertiveness
* Fluent in English and French OR Dutch
