We are recruiting a Senior Pitch Officer F/M for our client, an international law firm based in Brussels. In this role, you will play a key part in managing pitches, RFPs, private tenders and public procurement submissions, working closely with partners and the Business Development team.
Responsibilities – Senior Pitch Officer F/M (Brussels)
5. Manage and coordinate commercial proposals (pitches, RFPs, public/private tenders).
6. Ensure high-quality, consistent and timely submissions.
7. Collaborate with multiple practice groups and internal experts.
8. Contribute to transversal BD projects and provide occasional team support.
9. Work autonomously while maintaining close collaboration with partners.
Profile
10. Minimum 4 years of experience in BD, pitch/bid management or public/private tender processes.
11. Completed at least 4 tenders to date.
12. Ideally experienced in a law firm, consulting firm, Big 4, insurance or pharma environment.
13. Native French or Dutch speaker with good command of the other language; English B1/B2.
14. Strong organisational skills, rigor, proactivity and excellent interpersonal abilities.
