The ideal candidate will be looking to develop a new partner network centred on machine builders.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the Iberian OEM account strategy: target list, stakeholder mapping, quarterly funnel, and visit cadence.

2. Win designs: qualify user cases, lead samples/PoC, run technical clarifications, manage project milestones to SOP.

3. Lead commercial negotiations: pricing strategy, price protection, rebates, and annual frameworks.

4. Forecast with rigor: weekly/monthly rolling bookings/revenue forecast; maintain immaculate CRM stages, probabilities, and notes.

5. Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with Product, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, Finance, and Services.

6. Build partner ecosystem (OEM) to extend coverage; run joint marketing, enablement, and certifications.

7. Collaboration with other sales chanels and partners: SI and end Users.

8. Ensure compliance with competition law, export controls, GDPR, and local tender rules.



Who we are looking for:

1. 5+ years OEM/key-account sales in industrial automation or related sectors.

2. Proven Spanish and Portuguese OEM network with access to Engineering/Procurement; adept at multithreaded deal management.

3. Strong techno-commercial acumen: read specs/cert requirements; construct pricing and margin models.

4. Native/near-native Spanish and fluent English. Knowledge of Portuguese will be highly valued.

5. CRM proficiency; disciplined, data-driven forecasting.

6. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Electronics/Business (or equivalent).

7. Willing to travel 40–60% domestically; valid driver's license; legal right to work in Spain.
