Responsibilities
As an Electromagnetic Tool Development Engineer, you will be part of a high-performing R&D team responsible for the design, development, and integration of electromagnetic field simulators used in PCB, 3DIC and high-speed digital (HSD) applications. Your work will directly contribute to the advancement of simulation tools that address signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI) challenges in modern electronic systems
Technical Qualifications:
* Experience with Electro Magnetic (EM) simulation tools and the underlying methodologies
* Understanding of Electromagnetic (EM) simulation techniques
* Proficiency in C++ and Python for scientific computing and tool integration
* Knowledge of software development practices, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Soft Skills & Collaboration:
* Proven ability to work effectively in multi-site and multi-cultural team environments
* Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
* Leadership experience in guiding development teams and mentoring junior engineers
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with simulation tools for Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
