You’ll find the action on our industrial sites! As an Operations Administrative Officer, you play a key role in supporting these activities. This is a varied position with a high level of responsibility, where you work closely with colleagues and actively contribute to efficient operations and process optimization. Your responsibilities include: Performing administrative and operational tasks to support internal and external departments Providing accurate data related to working hours, material usage, invoicing, safety, etc. Acting as a point of contact for employees and clients regarding administrative matters Ensuring smooth communication between the site and the Ghent office Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas for process improvements Collaborating closely with colleagues and project managers Are You the Colleague We Are Looking For? You have initial experience in an administrative role You are strong with numbers and administration, and can plan your work in a structured way—even during busy periods You are computer literate and comfortable working with MS Office tools You communicate clearly and effectively, with a customer-oriented mindset You are fluent in Dutch Knowledge of French is a plus (or willingness to learn) English is an asset when working with subcontractors You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in an informal environment You can commute independently (own transport required) What Do We Offer?
