Carrefour Group is working now with an European Central Purchasing Office in Spain (Eureca). In
that context, the central is looking for an Administrative Employee for Referencing Team, who will be reporting to the Data Management Director.
Eureca is currently working with the main FMCG companies for 6 countries (France, Spain, Belgium,
Italy, Poland and Romania) and is consolidating and centralizing orders and operational flows.
He/she will be responsible for
● Assisting the Data Management team in updating product and supplier information,
management and follow-up of commercial operations and administrative processes
● Monitoring and analyzing orders and receptions
● Updating information and/or transmitting information to the database
● Updating and monitoring files: new products, general sales conditions, article modifications
● Contacting suppliers to update product information
● Permanent communication with the countries (referencing, pricing, process...)
