AssignmentsWe are looking for a Technical Integrator (Technical Coordinator) to lead the coordination and integration of multidisciplinary engineering deliverables in the nuclear energy sector.Your main responsibilities include:Acting as a major technical interface between the Project Manager and the Discipline Experts to ensure integration and consistency of project deliverables.Serving as the main technical contact for the client and supporting the delivery of key project documents such as engineering studies, technical specifications, and white books.Providing technical guidelines and coordinating design reviews and hold points within the project.Identifying and managing technical risks, non-conformities, and anticipating client needs across disciplines.Drafting multidisciplinary technical and contractual documentation using input from various project stakeholders.Supporting the development of multidisciplinary competencies by sharing lessons learned and suggesting improvements. The profileYou hold a Master's degree in Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience working on nuclear power plant projects, ideally with knowledge of PWR or BWR designs. Experience with Generation III/IV or SMR projects is a plus. You are results-oriented, demonstrate strong leadership, and possess excellent judgment and coordination skills. With a foundational understanding of project management, you can integrate various technical disciplines such as process, safety, mechanical, electrical, I&C, fuel, civil works, and contractual elements to ensure project success. You are fluent in English and also speak French and/or Dutch. You are collaborative, a good communicator, and interested in working on international projects.
