* Met jouw leiderschap en management vaardigheden ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt leiden, coachen en motiveren van je team.
* Je staat in voor het beheren van winkelvoorraden, het opstellen van planningen en het analyseren van cijfers en rapporten.
* Je communiceert op een effectieve manier zowel binnen je team en met klanten als met je directe leidinggevenden.
* Je verzorgt de Visual Merchandising in je winkel en presenteert onze producten op een aantrekkelijke manier.
* Een focus op uitstekende klantenservice is cruciaal: je geeft altijd het goede voorbeeld en bent actief betrokken bij het helpen van klanten tijdens hun winkelervaring.
