About the Role
We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions that drive real business impact. You will work at the intersection of data, software engineering, and machine learning, turning complex problems into production-ready systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building models and shipping them into real-world environments, not just experimenting in notebooks.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems into production
* Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to support model training and inference
* Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver AI solutions
* Optimise model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
* Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and model versioning
* Work with large, structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights
* Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and tooling
Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
* Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
* Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
* Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques
* Experience deploying models into production environments
* Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and backend systems
* Experience working with SQL and databases
Nice to Have
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
* Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
* Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision
* Knowledge of data engineering concepts and big data tools (Spark, Kafka, etc.)
* Experience in a specific domain (e.g. finance, healthcare, e-commerce)
