Job Description:
• Strengthen recruitment activities within the life sciences sector
• Identify, attract & qualify high quality candidates for client projects
• Build sustainable talent pipelines aligned with recurring needs
• Work closely with Talent & Business Consultants to ensure strong matches
• Ensure a smooth candidate journey from first contact to offer stage
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes & tools
• Support employer branding & represent MindCapture at events
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within life sciences
• Strong sourcing capability across recruiter platforms, job boards & networking
• Analytical, communication & negotiation skills with a proactive mindset
• Ability to assess competencies, motivation & cultural fit in interviews
• Proficiency in English & Dutch, with French as a plus
