We are looking for an Administrative Lead ad interim who is rigorous, methodical, and friendly.
You will be primarily responsible for managing day-to-day operations, administrative relations with clients, human resources, the budget, and exchange with accounting. You will work closely with our entire team, with our suppliers as well as with the Only group. Regarding clients: you will manage onboarding (contracts, rates, timesheets).
Regarding the company’s budget and accounting: you will oversee the budget and manage day-to-day expenses; You will supervise the budget and manage current expenses; Regarding human resources: you manage team member files (employee payments, tracking leave and timetracking, etc.), you maintain relations with the social secretariat and you coordinate recruitment, training, and evaluations.
Concerning the smooth running of our company: you will manage day-to-day operations and be responsible for monitoring and updating a series of files, insurance policies, subscriptions, etc.
You will help organize internal and external events (searching for venues and suppliers, scheduling, etc.) You will participate in weekly team meetings.
You have a degree in administrative management, accounting, human resources, or any other field.
You are proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the main digital tools (Google and/or Microsoft, Slack, timesheet platforms such as Teamleader, Clockify, etc.).
You understand how accounting platforms, social secretarial services, project management, public procurement, etc. work, or you are willing to be trained.
You are bilingual in French and Dutch. You are fluent in English.
A temporary employment contract (6 months).
