The Opportunity
Weâre seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and AI-enhanced ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), Security Incident Response (SIR), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
Youâll work closely with business and IT teams to streamline operations, improve compliance, and accelerate automation across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to business goals
* Lead architecture, configuration, and integration for ITSM, SIR, and IRM
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate into scalable solutions
* Ensure compliance with SOX, GxP, and other regulatory standards
* Support testing, validation, and ongoing platform enhancements
* Stay current with ServiceNow releases and AI-driven features
What Youâll Bring
* Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, IRM, and scripting (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
* Experience with platform integrations (REST, JSON, SOAP APIs)
* Strong knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOX)
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM and/or IRM)
* 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow environments
* Familiarity with GxP or validated industry environments (e.g., pharma) is a plus
