Growth Lead (Head of Presales), you’ll build and scale a
value‑based presales
engine around our CoDa (Connected data) offerings: CoDa is Solita’s way of helping customers solve end‑to‑end data and AI problems. It includes three tightly connected competence areas: AI, Analytics & Agents:
BI, advanced analytics, ML, GenAI, automation and decision intelligence You don’t need to be an expert in all areas, but you do need enough delivery experience to speak confidently about them and shape feasible solutions. The key success factor to position these offerings, is via

As part of the Belgium management team, you’ll influence strategy, focus, and growth plans. What you’ll do
Lead value‑based data presales : run sharp discovery, shape solutions with clear business outcomes, and tell the story that connects impact to investment. Drive land‑and‑expand : turn lighthouse wins into multi‑threaded growth with higher adoption and lifetime value. Codify offerings : develop discovery formats, diagnostics and proof‑of‑value paths that make our approach repeatable. Coach the colleagues : grow consultants into confident presales co‑pilots; build a community of practice around great discovery and storytelling. Champion CollabAI, pragmatically : use our collaborative, short‑cycle way of working when it accelerates customer value What you bring
Track record leading
value‑based presales
for complex digital/data/AI solutions Several years of hands‑on delivery experience
in data engineering, data platforms, cloud, AI/ML, integrations, or architecture. Proven presales experience : discovery, solution shaping, proposals, customer presentations, and working with sales/delivery. Ability to explain architecture and delivery steps in clear, simple terms. Strong consulting experience: facilitating workshops, guiding customers, managing ambiguity. Experience mentoring or coaching consultants. Excellent facilitation, executive communication and storytelling Commercial acuity (deal shaping, pricing guardrails, risk) Fluent in Dutch, French and English
