We need a Tech Lead who can balance technical vision with hands-on delivery. You’ll own the roadmap, lead a focused team of technical digital specialists and collaborate across Digital Marketing, Sales and IT to continuously enhance our web platform

Web platform Tech Lead
Own the end-to-end architecture and roadmap for our web platform, including Adobe Commerce, Akeneo PIM, CMS, SEO tools, and integrations with SAP, Salesforce, and Azure.
Build internal expertise by inspiring a passionate team, and also orchestrate and govern delivery from multiple partners.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Digital Marketing, Sales, Business Systems, Data & Integration and IT Operations.
Coach and mentor a Solution Analyst and a Front Developer, building internal expertise and reducing reliance on external partners.
Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for Adobe Commerce, Akeneo PIM, CMS, Seo tools and integrations with SAP, Salesforce and Azure.
Manage end-to-end delivery: scoping, planning, development, testing and go-live. Ensure seamless data flows and process automation across platform to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.
Provide clear communication and training for a smooth adoption.
Collaborate across teams. Work closely with Digital Marketing, Sales, IT Operations to align priorities and deliver customer oriented solutions.
Built team capability: your team are more autonomous and capable.
Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
~Proven track record managing Agile delivery, leading technical teams and coordinating with external vendors.
~ Hands-on experience with PIM systems (Akeneo is a plus), CMS platforms and SEO tools.
~ Excellent stakeholder management across commercial and technical teams, with the ability to translate between business needs and technical solutions.
~ Excellent English communication skills.
